So easy to work with

I had so much fun getting this set up. It was so easy and and intuitive. Was able to get my grind dialed in within minutes, but took the time to play with it and take it to different extremes. You can get such a fine grind out of this machine. I’m excited to see the impact it has on my cafe, it’s quieter, faster, and cleaner than my last grinder and I think it’s going to make a huge difference.

Grown-up grinder!

I?ve upgraded to the Eureka Zenith from the Rancilio Rocky. I?ve had the Rocky for about 5 years. The difference is day and night! Now the shots (Rocket Cellini) have even more crema and the flavor and nuances of the particular roast come out much better. Easy to use and beautiful exterior. Be aware of it?s considerable size and footprint. It takes quite a bit of counter space. At $x,x00 for the chrome version, it?s definitely an investment, but if you are an espresso purist it?s worth it.

I upgraded from a Rocky Rancillio and I am amazed at the quality and performance of this machine. With the short hopper it fits under wall cabinets in my kitchen. I am new to the Home espresso but was amazed at how much easier it was onacheive a tasty shot. I could not be happier.
